Unplug any Xbox accessories and restart your Xbox

Try to turn off your wireless headset or use a wired headset

Launch the Mass Effect™ Legendary Edition from the dashboard

Select what Mass Effect version you want to play.

When you are in the title screen, plug back all the accessories you remove and turn your headset back on.
