If you want to enable Steam Overlay and Screenshots in this game, follow this instruction:
 
 

1) click the bottom "Manage";
2) "Propertis..."

 
 

 
 

3) past "--in-process-gpu" in the field "LAUNCH OPTIONS"

 
 

 
 
Now everything is working!
