A solution to the Desync Issue that happens after you get MP in Online Co-Op

Hello!

You’ve been planning on playing this Co-Op game with a friend. However, after you got the MP, the game went crazy. It desynced and rendered the game inaccessible. The game was amplified when you reached the pillars with skeletons.

This is, unfortunately, one of the many things broken about this game and to me, is the most unacceptable one. Im confused as to why this hasn’t been patched yet, so here’s what we found to work for us in our experience

The Fix

Based on what we have observed from our tests, the issue is related to the game VSync and Refresh Rate, however, we are not sure If VSync is also broken there is a problem with the Refresh Rate of this game when played at 144hz

Which Means to Fix the issue, you and all of Your Friends Have to do the Following

  • Click on the Options Menu
  • Enter the Display Section
  • Turn off VSync
  • Set the Refresh rate to 60hz.

See You Next Time

Doing the steps from the previous sections fixed the Desync issue for us and we beat the game couple days ago. This is the only solution that we know of and I’m pretty sure it will be the only way to play the Online Co-Op version of the game. Since the game’s release, there hasn’t been a patch to fix this issue.
