I will show you how to achieve this achievement. I have also included a maze map and some tips.
 

Level 0

 
Okay, this is the easy part. Follow the arrows

Next is to collect body parts. In which they can be within/near
 
 

• Drawers
• Lockers
• Permanently open vents
• Vases
• Near the lock-box (, in the red room)

TIP: The VHS can be left running and returned to later for the answer. (A smiler can be used to speed up the process.) The VHS code for the body parts will allow you to break the mirror.
 
 

 
 
 
Next, you will need to complete the horse puzzle code to gain access into the clock room. This code is required to unlock the door. The hour hand is the larger cog (at the back of the clock), while the minute hand. is the smaller cog.
 
 
TIP: If the time is 8:30, you can see count the clicks in front of you so that you don't have turn to look. 8 clicks for hour hand, 6 clicks to minute hand.
 
 

 
 
 
Take the hammer while you are in body room. (Refer to the reference) if you are unsure how to open your locker. That is the vases.. The vases can be used to open the locker. The red key is used for Level 2: To collect the fuses
 
 
When you enter the red door room, look at the paintings using this angle,. You'll instantly see the letters.
 
 

 
 
To unlock the box A14Y and the fuses A17Y, you'll receive a jam. This can be used to flip the levers.(Anti-radioactive suit or purifier).
 
 

 
 
 
After you have completed all the puzzles in this Level, purify will be able to access the radioactive items.
 
You can open your inventory while the purifier goes. This means that you can hover above scanner to maximize efficiency.
 
 

 
 
Locate the jam at section (by the locker). It will be required for the parking lot area.
 
 

 
 
 
Ok drop-down. Then, instantly get rid of the ketchup monster.
 
 

 
 

 
 
You can only carry one jam and the valves. I recommend looking towards the center when the jam actives.
 
 
The monster will eventually leave the body. You can then loot the keycard or valve..

Level 2

This section is the most difficult, so be prepared.
 
 
Turn on the lights first. You will find the room near the computer. You can insert the fuses. because you have already solved the red door puzzle.
 
 

 
 
 
Next, perform the safe puzzle. The decoder is obtained and the monster detector is obtained. The monster detector is extremely useful during (, the hardest part), and pool.
 
 
The arrows is the code. You will see the first number when you open the door. Mine is "07".
 
 

 
 
The second number can be found on the wall. I will continue to show you the images throughout the entire cycle.
 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 
Ok, so my code is 70, 20, 90 and 50. This room is flipped. You can also flip your own code.. So, "40", 50, 90, 20, 70". Although the note describes how to move, I wanted to illustrate how you move your mouse. Don't Turn the nob when entering codes.
 
 

 
 
A photo of theexit door is almost safe, but don't forget that monsters will chase you. (If you open the wrong doors).
 
 

 
 
 
Next, the birthday room. Before pressing the button, make sure you have collected the moth jam. DON'T USE JAM AT THE BALLOON GAME. Trust me, the jam is better used during the birthday maze. Use the spamming shift trick that I showed at Level 1 to play the balloon game.
 
 

 
 
Here's the maze custom map. These are not all the locations that are available at the moment. Please let me know if you find one. (is not accurate for scale, but 100% accurate for finding your location within the maze).
 
 

 
 
After all the gifts have been collected and the candle maze is complete, (grab the red card which was in the cake). Next, it's time for the decode computers.
 
 
 
Look around the room for computers with symbols. You should have something similar by the end.
 
 
Grey X, Blue A, White Y, etc…
 
 
Enter the password for your computer.
 
 

 
 
Go back to Turn it on and turn it on. You won't be allowed to enter the pool if you do not comply.
 
 
The monster detector is used for the pool and AVOID white dots. Do not be afraid to back off, as the dots may move towards you.
