Savefiles can be created

Run the game to create a savefile. Then exit the game.

Most likely, savefile location is:
 
C: Users your_username AppData LocalLow FreemindSA HouseBuilder
 
 
Hidden folders may exist in AppData. This guide will help you to reveal hidden folders in this situation:

Save file edit

Take a backup of PlayerProfile file! !
 
 
Open PlayerProfile file using any text editor.
 
The file's content should look like the following:
 
 

 
 
As you can see you can edit more variables here than in the avarage savefile.
 
 
Scroll down until your see:
 
 

 
 
You just need to replace each 'False’ with a 'True'. You can use notepad to do this:'replace ALL'
 
 

 
 

 
 
You can also change variables such as money and exp here.
 
 

 
 
Save your changes and start the game again. All buildings should be unlocked. You can unlock all achievements by playing a few levels.
