How to Unlock

Nuclear Waste 
 
You must do this in Chapter 2. 
 
There are 5 cardboard signs in this chapter and you must destroy all of them to unlock this achievement. Three are on the ground floor where the mission starts and two on the upper floor. 
 
The Bar of Broken Heroes 
 
To unlock this achievement, you must play Chapter 13 with intro. In the intro you can interact with the answering machine of your phone. This will change the ending of the mission and bring you to a bar. Simply complete the mission and after the score screen the trophy will unlock. 
 
Stare Into The Abyss 
 
To unlock this achievement, the player must complete Jake’s last level (scene 15, Withdrawal) without dying in the 3rd and last floor. When Jake successfully completes the final floor without dying, a 50 Blessings operator will arrive to pickup Jake. He is escorted to the 50 Blessing Clubhouse, after which he is shot by the operator opon asking too many questions. If Jake picks up the disc on the table before being executed and Evan in the police station as well, the hidden level, The Abyss, will be unlocked.
