The Difference Between Houses

Here’s every list with one distinct distinction between all the houses…

  • Unique common rooms
  • Color changes on the clothing
  • NPCs will be more frequent in their common rooms
  • Some unique dialogue referencing your house
  • Hufflepuff’s distinctive sidequest takes players to a small space in Azkaban.

 

Gryffindor

Gryffindor represents bravery.

Harry Potter was Gryffindor in the movies and books. In the film, there were Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, Fred and George Weasley, Ginny Weasley, Neville Longbottom, Hagrid, and Dumbledore.

Ravenclaw

Ravenclaw represents curiosity.

In the films and books, Luna Lovegood was in Ravenclaw.

Slytherin

Slytherin represents ambition.

Voldemort and Draco Malfoy all appeared in Slytherin in the movies/books. This is why Slytherin is often called the most “villainous” house at Hogwarts.

Hufflepuff

Hufflepuff is loyalty.

Cedric Diggory is Hufflepuff in the books/movies.
