In Cutscenes and Games, fix GPU-caused frame drops

* Press CTRL+I on your desktop or open the Windows search bar, and type in “Settings”

• Click on “System”

* Under “Scale and Layout”, click on “Advanced scaling settings”

* See “Fix scaling for applications” and then

“Let Windows fix apps so that they don’t blurry” Select “Off”.
