Welcome to HITMAN 3 – All Redacted Challenges Gameplay Guide.

This guide contains all redacted challenges from the entire World of Assa*sination trilogy. Use the list to your right to select a specific place or mission. Some challenges may be redacted to reveal the main story or provide a guideline for reaching your objectives.

— HITMAN 3

Dubai, United Arab Emirates/On Top of the World

Flying Monkey Business

This is the only redacted challenge in Dubai. To complete the challenge, you must make one of your targets fall from the skyscraper by slipping on a banana peel. You can either bring a banana or locate it in the level**.

First, you will need an emergency evacuation keycard. It is kept in a safe at the Security Room on Level 3. The code is 6927 . If you don’t have one, there’s always a banana.

Second, quietly dispose the pilot from the helicopter by going to the nearby helipad. You can either hide his body in the crates or throw it outside.

Now it’s time to finish the job. Go to the penthouse at the top. You will need to activate an evacuation. Find the first evacuation keycard reader. Then, use your Instict [CTRL default] to locate the second one. Both readers must be activated in rapid succession. If everything is correct, the targets will begin to evacuate. Since the pilot is not present, the targets will initiate Plan B, which involves jumping from the skyscraper using parachutes.

The mini-golf area is next to the penthouse. Place the banana [CAPS-LOCK by default] so the targets slide from the edge. Refer to the image below. The challenge can be a bit finicky, I must admit. Sometimes, the targets don’t slip. Sometimes a target slips, but it doesn’t fall off. If you have difficulty completing the challenge, place the banana somewhere else.

*You can unlock a banana if you complete one of the Elusive Target Arcade contracts, The Thespians and The Tregetours.

**A banana can be found immediately by entering the Meeting Room disguised Event Staff. You may also find it in the security rooms on levels 2 or 3.

Dartmoor, England / The Death in the Family

Another death in the family

This challenge spoils the murder mystery story mission!

If you haven’t completed the Opportunities, Motivation and Means Story Mission is a great way to get involved. You should have discovered who the real murderer is of Zachary Carlisle by now. Emma Carlisle. She also plans to kill Alexa Carlisle who is our primary target. Instead of telling Alexa, the Scotland Yard detective detective, our findings, we will help Emma escape with another murder.

Two conditions must be met in order for Emma and Alexa to kill each other: a Carlisle family meeting must be held inside the mansion, and the greenhouse’s lab equipment must be repaired. After the Carlisles take a family photograph, the family gathering will automatically start. Only the photographer is missing one fuse. You can find a replacement in one the other fuseboxes (you will need a crowbar for one)).

While the Carlisles are having a family photo taken, go to the greenhouse and use a wrench for the repair of the lab equipment. Emma Carlisle has made it clear that Alexa can have a poisoned gla*s full of alcohol.

I Found This Amoosing

Eliminate Alexa Clarke with the antler chandelier hanging from her office.

Dog Secrets

Grab the bulldog cane Emma and Gregory have left and use it to unlock one Secret Room in the mansion. Look for strangely empty grey spaces in between rooms to find a Secret Room.

Poison Ivy

Use the laboratory equipment in the greenhouse to make poison. The equipment is damaged. Grab the wrench from the fountain and fix it. Next, take out any poisonous flowers from the greenhouse and use the equipment for their extraction.

A Matter Of Justice, A Matter Guilt, & A Matter Of Loyalty

These challenges ruin the murder mystery story mission!

These three challenges represent all possible outcomes Opportunities, Motivation and Means Story Mission. If you are having trouble finding clues, turn on Mission Story Guidance from the Options menu.

For Justice is a matter of justice , You must gather enough evidence to prove Emma Carlisle murdered Zachary. It is essential to fully question Emma Carlisle and Patrick Carlisle. Once you have located all four pieces of evidence in Emma’s Room and Gregory’s Room, go into the greenhouse and scan the laboratory equipment and poison dosage tables with your camera. Talk to the butler, and present your findings Alexa.

For Guilt is a Matter of Great Concern , You must convince Alexa that Zachary took the life of his own accord. You must thoroughly investigate Zachary’s Room. Next, break into Emma’s and Gregory’s Rooms and locate the bulldog cane. It can be used to unlock the Secret Room above Level 1 (, circled in red). Look for Montgomery’s letter, which is crucial evidence to complete this challenge.

For Loyalty is a matter of loyalty , Alexa’s butler Mr. Fernsby should be accused of killing Zachary. You can do this by going to Mr. Fernsby’s office on Level 0 where you will find Zachary’s half-burnt diary and Mr. Fernsby’s sleeping pills.

A private moment

Any means to covertly infiltrate Zachary’s Room. Alexa will appear about 7-8 minutes into your mission and sit beside Zachary. Take a picture of her and the challenge should appear.

Coconut Ball Surprise

Pacify the Florida Man by giving him a coconut. The Florida Man is a recurring character from the World of Assa*sination trilogy. He was first encountered in The Finish Line mission in Miami. The Florida Man can be found in the Bas*ment Bar and on the Dance Floor. You can also find a coconut back in the kitchen of that same bar.

Chongqing (China) / End of an Era

Stick it to the Man

You can disguise Eliminate Hush as a homeless person. You can easily disguise yourself as a homeless man by walking right next to The Block building’s main entrance.

Venting Some Stress

By poisoning the ventilation system, Imogen Royce can be eliminated. The key part is to get Imogen Royce to take a break at the Break Room. Find a group of an*lysts who are working at the computer terminals shown below.

Hack the terminals with your camera A giant sign will appear on screen directing them to take a short break. They will comply with the order, despite their reluctance. Hack all terminals, and wait for everyone to arrive in the Break Room.

Imogen won’t be happy when she realizes no one is working during peak hour and goes to the Break Room. She shouts at everyone and orders them all back. She seizes the chance to take a short break and lies down on the couch. You can poison the ventilation system by entering the server room next to you.

My Soup Has a Hair

Poison Mr. Pritchard’s soup. Angus Pritchard is shown below. A board member of ICA is due to tour the underground data center in order to identify security weaknesses. He can be found inside the restaurant talking to his guide. He wants to eat before the tour. You can enter the kitchen through the back and get a cook disguise to make your soup. Ring the dinner bell.

Mendoza, Argentina / The Farewell

Scandal

Locate the safe in Don Yates’ villa bas*ment. The code is 2006 The year Don Yates and his wife were married is called “Yates Year”.

Closing Statement

This challenge spoils a lot of the story!

Closing Statement can be used to obtain the fourth bonus Mission Story after you have completed The Tour Mission Story. Let’s get started.

You may be able to see Don Yates’ personal gun for rent Corvo Black in the main guest area. The guard relays Don Yates’ message to him, asking him not to forget Diana Burnwood while touring Yates’ vineyard facilities. Follow Corvo until Corvo makes a call in a quiet area. Then knock him out. Take his disguise and speak to reception.

At the vineyard’s entrance, Tamara Vidal (and Diana Burnwood) will be waiting for you. They are unable to begin the tour as the chief winemaker is busy harvesting. Go to Gabriel Vargas’ chief winemaker and disguise yourself as a winery worker. He tells you that he will not start the tour until he is certain that the Malbec grapes have reached their peak. Pick up a grape knife, go to the grape shed and locate 3 ripe Malbec Grapes (. Refer to the map in the shed).

Take them to Vargas and quickly change to Corvo

Attano

Finally, turn black and begin the tour. You will have many chances to kill Tamara Vidal throughout the tour. You can decide whether you want Tamara Vidal to be killed now or later. Don Yates invites Tamara and Diana to a secret meeting at the end of the tour. Your current disguise won’t work if you want to get there. Don Yates may be asking a guard for a 1945 Grand Paladin, an expensive and rare wine. It is protected by bulletproof gla*s doors and alarm-triggering Lasers. You can get in by going to the room next to the cask room, and picking up tier 1 access dongle.

To open the vents leading into Grand Paladin’s storage area, drop down to the ventilation area. Pay attention to the 2 sommeliers. They’ll tell you that the code to disable lasers is 1945, which is the exact year Grand Paladin was created. You can knock them both out, take a sommelier costume and pick up the Grand Paladin.

Talk to the guard at the hidden entrance Don Yates’s origin.

You will be searched for illegal items if you are caught with them.

Present the wine to Diana as soon as you enter the secret Providence meeting. Don Yates will accuse Diana, the new head at Providence and former Constant, of plotting against Arthur Edwards. Don Yates will have Tamara killed if you don’t kill her by now. She is the only one who defends Diana.

After the meeting ends, you have ten minutes to reach Diana in Villa Bedroom. Avoid the guards and climb the drain pipes to enter the villa. Three guards are responsible for Diana’s imprisonment (. One in her bedroom and two on her balconies). Diana proposes a plan: hide their bodies, put on a security guard costume and wait for the right time to strike. If you don’t have one, get one. Wait for Don Yates’ 2 bodyguards to arrive. After Diana stabs Yates with a knife, kill the bodyguards and then deal with Yates personally. Take 47’s signature suit from the coat rack to unlock the challenge.

Carpathian Mountains, Romania / Untouchable

A New Father

This challenge spoils HITMAN 3’s ending!

Arthur Edwards gives you two options after you reach him: either kill him now, or use the serum to embrace the person you were meant to be. Wait exactly 47 seconds before you take the serum. Edwards will ask you if there are any second thoughts. After that, Edwards will give you another option. Watch the cutscene as you inject yourself.

This challenge unlocks the Count Down From 47 achievement.

Hubris, Humility and Ambivalence

Each level of this escalation gives you the option to choose between an easy or hard contract. The difficulty of your a*signment will depend on which weapon you choose from The Peacock.

You must choose and complete all hard contracts at every level for Hubris. You should therefore acquire the following weapons:

• LEVEL 1 – Tanto Sword
• LEVEL 2 – Antique Syringes
• LEVEL 3 – Cla*sic Fibre Wire

You must choose and complete all easy contracts at every level for Humility. You should therefore acquire the following weapons:

• LEVEL 1 – C4 Explosive
• LEVEL 2 – The Majestic (Sniper rifle)
• LEVEL 3 – The Proud Sailor (sword)

Ambivalence requires you to select and complete a combination between easy and difficult contracts. You can choose between 2 easy and 1 hard contracts. These weapons should be yours if you follow the example.

Blueberry muffins are a good choice for feeding The Pig. The Data Core can locate the only muffin in this level in the vents.

A cowboy bust can be found at Feed the Pig. One floor above the Arcade, the staircase houses the only cowboy bust.

Miami, United States of America/The Finish Line

Hot Shot

You must make Sierra light up with Kronstadt Industries’ Octane booster to complete this challenge. First, find one. You can search the Kronstadt Expo Center’s back garage or the Kowoon Paddock.

Octane Booster is located in the Kowoon Paddock

You can then disguise yourself as a waiter to poison the hot sauce in your VIP lounge with your Octane Booster. Next, pretend to be Moses Lee (Sierra’s archnemesis and go to Sierra (to discuss the race. You will be invited to a Hot Sauce Challenge return in the VIP lounge.

Take care NOT not to drink from the poisoned shot gla*ses when the challenge begins. Instinct will a*sist you. Sierra will light up the challenge when there is only one more shot gla*s left.

Explosive Liaisons

Enter the large room with security surveillance by entering the event security building (to the right of the main entrance). You will find a safe combination on the table. You can grab it and take it to the interrogation area. Through the one-way mirror, you can see 2 guards questioning a race marshal regarding a failed plot for a remote explosive to be installed onto Moses Lee’s vehicle.

A safe is located next to the one-way mirror. The safe combination is enough to steal the explosive. You can pretend to be a Kronstadt mechanic, and attach the explosive to Sierra’s car at a pit stop.

Call Robert Knox at (, near the food stands). Robert will be happy to meet you at the overpa*s. Take the detonator to Robert and watch as he blows up his daughter.

Shafted

Drop Robert Knox in the maintenance shaft to eliminate him. You will need to follow the exact same steps as the Explosive Liaisons challenge until you can give Robert the detonator. Robert should be taken out of the room and his bodyguard should be thrown away. Drag Robert’s body into the shaft and let him go.

You Have A Fast Car

Kronstadt Expo Center Showroom: Enter the Kronstadt Race Car

Tintamarresque

Blend in with the photo stand-in. There are many food stands near Marina. There is a photo stand right in front of them where you can blend in. The challenge will appear if you do so.

Mr. Tambourine Man

Blend in as Tambourine Man. After starting at), take a right and go to the (underpa*s. There you will see a man playing on tambourines. Kill him or knock him out. Get his clothes and play on tambourines by yourself.

Tanked

Visit the Kronstadt Expo Center’s aquarium section. There are two guards on the perimeter. They will eventually stop at the aquarium 11. The challenge is over once they have fired a few shots at the aquarium.

Narcissus

You can purchase a flamingo mask and a photo of a Flamingo in one the photo stands just behind the main entrance.

Atlantide Space Program

Launch a bottle Of Atlantide into space. Reach the (first vantage point, pictured below). It’s the small platform that Robert Knox’s satellite unit is located on, which overlooks the race track. Shoot the first hidden bottle atlantide.

Now, go to the second vantage point (. Also pictured below). It’s located next to Maxwell Rutter’s office. Then, take the 2 remaining bottles of Atlantide.

Then, you can make your way to Atlantide. A large red button will appear from the ground. It will rise from the ground. Press it to watch the show.

In the Event of Shortage

An empty Atlantide bottle with a faucet is hidden behind one of the Atlantide trucks. Turn on the faucet to fill the Atlantide bottles with regular water.

Brokenhearted

Krish’s sports car is up for sale. It’s parked right next to the trucks. Use a remote explosive to shoot the tank.

Santa Fortuna (Colombia) / Three-Headed Serpent

Secret Tunnel

Enter the tunnel disguised to be a shaman. This one is quite difficult. First, you must knock out the shopkeeper ((pictured below)) and get his shop key. Use the key to enter the shopkeeper (pictured below) and pick up the golden idol. The gold idol will not be spawned if you use lockpick, crowbar, or any other tool besides the shop key.

Second, you will need the shaman’s outfit. You will find him near 2 guards, who are surrounded by a small green truck.

You will be dressed as a shaman to reach this spot.

Place the gold idol on the pedestal, and you can enter the tunnel. Here is where you can save. You will then find a set pressure plates. To see which ones are safe, refer to the image below. Grab the sacrificial knife at the end.

Ectoplasmic

Drag Helen West’s body from her house to Galen Vholes upstairs office. You will undoubtedly attract lots of unwanted attention, so choosing Casual difficulty might be the best option. You should bring a lockpick and a silenced a*sault weapon. The doors in Vholes’ office will begin to act erratically and you’ll know if you’ve completed the challenge.

Important: Don’t kill Helen West! You must make sure she is unconscious when you drag her to Vholes office. You must restart the mission if she dies while you drag her.

NOTE: Helen West can also be found in the house with a pink muffin truck parked nearby.

Isle of Sgail (North Atlantic / The Ark Society)

Rude Awakening

During Janus’ funeral ceremony, rise from the coffin. Put on Janus’ robe and inflitrate Constant’s Tower’s morgue. Next, you will need to find your way to the stone circle that will host the ceremony. Keep your eyes closed. Tell the musician to play and then lie down in the coffin. Once the ceremony begins, tell the crowd to gather and stand up.

Switcheroo

This challenge asks you to replace the Aztec necklace in the middle of the Art Gallery by an apricot. I recommend starting near the kitchen. Once you have found an apricot, go to the Art Gallery. After that, go to the Art Gallery and set off a fire alarm. All visitors will be evacuated by guards. This is the time to turn off the fuse box located below a staircase in an adjacent room. This will disable security systems and allow you to open the gla*s box that protects the Aztec necklace.

Switch the Aztec necklace to an apricot when no one is around. After the guards turn off the security systems, the challenge is over.

New York, United States of America/Golden Handshake

The Other Frank

Dress up as a bank-robber. Turn right from the main entrance and walk to the restrooms. Two people are arguing in one cubicle. You can use a lockpick and knock them both out to gain entry.

Thank You for Your Care

Shoot the pigeons flying in the main lobby. A sniper rifle can slow down the time. The vault’s stairs offer a great vantage point.

Show me the money

A gold bar can be used to locate an NPC. You can obtain a gold bar by infiltrating the bank vault.

Haven Island, Maldives/The Last Resort

Plenty of Fish in the Sea

Grab a fish from the ocean before it swims away.

Sleep with the Fishes

Let the man get enough courage to jump in water. There is a pool behind Tyson Williams’ villa. The wife is trying to convince her husband not to jump in the water due to sharks. The husband will have to kill her or knock her out.

Hi, Steven!

Ljudmila should arrange for Steven to join her at the jacuzzi. To get Ljudmila to meet Steven, you must accomplish two tasks. First, get Jason Portman from his hut. Second, get the USB drive under Tyson Williams’ villa. Third, get Ljudmila Ljudmila. The first task is simple. The Turtle Hut is where Jason Portman is located. You can infiltrate the Turtle Hut to knock out Portman and hide Portman’s body.

Then, go to your hut. She will ask you to meet her at the restaurant. Talk to her. You will be given the important task of recovering sensitive data from a USB drive. It is located in (, the locker below) in underground facility below villa. To get inside, use a lockpick and a crowbar.

Talk to Ljudmila to arrange to meet at the ma*sage parlor. Once you have met her, give her the USB drive. This will allow you to spend some time alone with her. Do not let her go! Instead, wait until Steven invites you to the jacuzzi. The Synchronised Drowning challenge is also available by drowning them both.

Comedy is a great source of entertainment

To knock out an NPC, use a banana peel. You can find a banana in the restaurant storage area, but you will need a key or lockpick to get inside. A loadout can also be unlocked by completing one the two Elusive Target Arcade contracts, The Thespians and The Tregetours. Simply place a banana on the ground, and wait for an NPC to pa*s.

NOTE: You can place items by holding [CAPS-LOCK].

Total Server Collapse

Cause the underground data facility to shut down. Infiltrate the facility beneath the villa. You must disable 4 server terminals. A tech crew member will be dispatched to reset the terminal and undo your progress once you have disabled it. You can either disable the terminals by knocking out the tech crew members or poisoning the ventilation system to gas the entire facility. When all four terminals are disabled simultaneously, the challenge is over.

You can light a campfire by taking the photo below.

The higher you climb, the better

Take a picture of the skydiver as he is flying. This is the most difficult Sniper Assa*sin challenge. You will need to reload your save frequently. Skydivers can be found at the top of the waterfall drinking. To make him jump, first shoot his beer bottle. Save your jump and wait for him to jump.

The hiker can use the path to his/her advantage. This fence should be shot when a hiker approaches.

Take the picture below. After a while, the butler of the mansion will replace the painting with another one. To complete the challenge, shoot it again.
