This guide is all about Partner and Combat Achievements and how to unlock them.

Partner and Combat Achievements

These achievements are related to partner skills and combat overall. Peppermint’s Training room WILL NOT is where you can make these achievements. If you want to farm, I recommend that you go through the Rhythm Tower, or each one separately, while gaining the successes related to difficulty.

Uh, They’re Broken When I Reached Here

Destroy 200 Vandelay security robots.

Destroy 500 Vandelay security robots.

OK, Well THEY Stopped Me!

Destroy 1000 Vandelay security robotics.

If you are working towards other achievements this goal is likely to be achieved naturally.

Peppermint You’ve got it!

Peppermint can be used to remove 10 barriers

You Must Like Chai Calling Me In, Chai

Destroy 50 barriers by calling Peppermint.

As you constantly use Peppermint to break barriers, you will unlock this achievement naturally. You can unlock the ability to shatter blue barriers in Track 2.

Z-Shielding has nothing on us!

Macaron’s call to destroy 10 enemy shields

I’m certain I Found Your Calling, Macaron

Contact Macaron to destroy 50 shields of enemies

This achievement is pretty straight forward and so long as you’re using Macaron to destroy enemy shields you should unlock this achievement automatically. With Track 4, you will unlock the ability to destroy the Red Z-Shielding.

Out In A Puff Of Smoke

With Korsica, you can start 10 fires.

This Is A Breeze

Set off 50 fires in battle with Korsica.

There aren’t many enemies that cause fire damage until later in the game so this achievement can be earned later, but you will be in a position to unlock this achievement naturally. The most efficient place to farm this achievement is in Track 8 where fire enemies first appear, where you can open the ability to eliminate fires.

Feeling The Beat!

Hit 20 times with a beat-hit attack on opponents.

500 hit-and-run a*saults on your foes

This achievement is exactly as it sounds. The only problem is the amount of time it takes.

Perfect Parry

Parry with perfect timing 15 times.

Parry successfully with perfect timing 200x

This achievement is precisely what it states. I recommend that you attempt this achievement in Track 3 in Test Room 3 against the ES-101 because their attacks are extremely easy to stop and he recovers quickly from being hit.

Kissing The Sky!

Perform 50 Ariel Raves.

Ariel Raves can be achieved by performing attacks in the air. This includes jumping once and doing an easy strike. If there aren’t any flying enemies I suggest using Korsica’s High Alert to launch ground enemies in the air.

We’re Jammin’

20 Jam Combos have been completed.

When you hit a beat, a Jam Combo is pulled off by summoning a friend. This is only possible if you have the skills Master Blaster, High Strung, or Tornado Lift unlocked. After you have completed 20 Jam Combos, you will be able to earn the achievement. will be available to unlock

I’m Not Done With You Just Yet

Overkill 20 enemies.

An Overkill is performed when you finish off an opponent using an attack known as a Beat Hit Attack. Jam Combos can do more damage than a Beat Hit Attack, so it is recommended to use them to achieve this feat.

First, We Parry, Then We Counter

Perform 20 parry counters for any partner

Here’s how to fight like a team!

Perform 100 parry counters with any partner.

You must get an opponent to perform a Parry Counter one beat after a parry. While this could take some time, it’s an easy task.

I was able to see the hits coming only a few steps away!

Perfectly parry any non-boss enemy’s Rhythm Parry attack.

It may take a few tries, but you can always go back to menu if you mess it up to start the battle.

OK, I THINK I Know What I’m Doing Now

Successfully pull off every combo and attack in the Training Room.

Go to the Training Room Open the menu and select Combo List. Select a combo and then start training. This can be done for all combinations and you will be recognized.

I really enjoy playing the guitar.

Finish a stage with an S rank for every Chorus.

This is why getting an S rating on every Chorus isn’t as simple as it sounds. If you don’t score an S, simply go to the menu and then continue the Track to restart your fight. Track 1 is my suggestion for this fight. It is easier to earn an S in every fight because of the casual nature.

I’m Untouchable!

You can finish a stage without causing any damage. (Any Difficulty.)

This achievement is challenging however it is doable since it is achievable regardless of the difficulty. I suggest trying this feat on Track 9 since there’s only one fight to be fought and it is easy once you master Mimosa’s movements. If you take a hit you can go back to the Hideout and then back to the Track and it wont count the hit against you as well as returning you to the part of the fight you were in. This makes a hitless run of the battle possible. I recommend the “High Risk and Higher Return” chip because the extra damage you take isn’t significant because you’re not taking any hits anyways.

My Ultimate Setlist

Complete all floors of the Rhythm Tower.

Be patient and patient. I cannot recommend any particular combination of chips since everyone plays differently. If you are less experienced at the game, I recommend Parry Health as well as Health Kick to keep you alive.
