Some tips for a pretty hard mission.

Preperations

First things first, be sure to buy a lot of ammo and full armor because there will be a lot of enemies and swat. Some granades will also help for clearing out the police. It is also helpful to already know the layout of the abandoned hospital. Here is the layout provided by the gta wiki.

Getting the stuff

Once you arrive there, you have to kill the men at the front (i reccomend a sniper for this). After, go inside the building and clear the other people too. Be very careful with your health because you will have to deal with a lot of police. If you lost quite a bit of health there is a health pack inside the room the bag is.

Escaping

To escape, use the exit at front and walk to the boat. After you get in the boat, lose the cops by getting out of the zone which is pretty easy since the boat is quite fast. Then go to little jacob if you lost the cops.
