Step One : Open This Link : https://github.com/ThirteenAG/GTAIV.EFLC.FusionFix

Step Two : Scroll Down and Download Ultimate-ASI-Loader & GTAIV.EFLC.Fusion.Fix

Step Three : Unzip the Ultimate-ASI-Loader & Copy the dinput8.dll into your GTA IV Root Directory.

Step Four : Unzip the GTAIV.EFLC.FusionFix & Copy all Three Folders into your GTA IV Root Directory.

Step Five : Go To your GTA IV Root Directory & Open the Plugins Folder, then open GTAIV.EFLC.FusionFix.ini With NotePad

Step Six : Search for MouseFix & Set it from 0 To 1, then Save the Changes

Done

Done, Now Launch GTA IV & Enjoy the Game
