First, go to settings, go to keyboard, click on advanced, then click on enable developer console, after that click apply and ok. Press ` to toggle the developer console, put these list of commands in: “r_shadows 0” “r_lod 2” “r_decals 0” “mp_decals 0” “r_drawdetailprops 0”. The FPS boost wont be much, but it could help.

 
 

Slighty Better FPS Instructions

 
Step One: 
Go to settings 
Step Two: 
Go to the keyboard tab 
Step Three: 
Click advanced 
Step Four: 
Toggle Delevoper Console 
Step Five: 
Press “`” 
Step Six: 
Type in the console “r_shadows 0” “r_decals 0” “r_drawdetailprops 0” “mp_decals 0” “r_lod 2” 
Step Seven: 
Possibly have more FPS
