This page will show you how to find all achievements items from the game. If you save when you have the time, it is possible to get them all in one playthrough.
 
SPOILER WARNING FOR THE WHOLE GUIDE. If you don't want to see any spoilers, do not read this guide. While I tried to keep spoilers to an absolute minimum in this guide, I used the tags. However, the descriptions of achievements and quest names may contain minor spoilers.
 
 

General Achievements

Here are the basic ones. These are easy to earn as you progress through the game. You don't need to do anything. These should be unlocked by the end of the game.
 
 
The True Detective mode achievement is an exception. When you start a new game, make sure to select the appropriate mode.
 
FYI, this mode was and is available in the Gamedec – Definitive Edition.
 
 

Success	Name	Description
	Powergamer	20 aspects.
	Elementary!	Your deduction should be used at least 15 times.
	Collector	Get 50 information for deduction.
	Write that Down	50 pieces of information are required for the codex.
	Me Smart	Attain the highest profession tier.
	Valedictorian	In one playthrough, you can reach the highest profession tier by completing at least two different paths.
	Sherlock, are you there?	Complete the game using True Detective mode.

 
Further details about the achievements can be found by looking at the place where they are available.
 
 
Also, I included a one-line description for each area. This was just for fun and tips. It suits them well, I think.
 
 
 

Haggis' Office

To achieve all the achievements, you must complete the Glazier profession.
 
 

Success	Name	Description	How to Get It
	I Will Finish What you Started	Complete the solitaire at Haggis' office.	Click on the security computer before you enter his office. You will be able to finish the solitaire game.
	The Surface Was Not Scratched	Scratch Haggis's golden frame.	A portrait is located next to the office's front door. Click the Inspect button and then choose to scratch it.   Glazier can be used in the office to release the Diginet (Eleanor). This will allow you to achieve an achievement later.
	Wake Up!	Starlett needs your help to get out of limbo.	The Codex Revitalization note gave the clues. Here are the steps to get her up.     Offer assistance Analyze the problem [Glazier] Activate the firewall [Glazier] Use jamming barriers Starlett's Vitality. You can awaken her by stimulating her senses. Move Starlett's right arm. Stimulate your sense of balance Raise Starlett's Head. Stimulate the senses of smell Give her some mint gum. Stimulate the senses of touch. Unfasten Starlett's helmet.

 
 
 

Twisted & Perverted

 
VR Summary: Erotophonophilia.
 
 
Infotainer and Sleeves are good Professions to have, as they unlock nice dialogue options. However, it is not necessary for any achievement. It is not necessary to have a specific Profession for this.
 
 

Success	Name	Description	How to Get It
	Griefer	Ramon needs your help to get another player out of Twisted & Perverted.	Ramon will be your friend if you start from the bottom. Once you have done that, you can agree to help with a "player situation". Panisantor, the player next to Trepanator, is that player. Invite him to see the unicorn, and then take him to Ramon.
	BOY!	Fredo, Help Us!	When you are prompted to choose whether to leave Frodo and Jester in the game or take Fredo from the game, choose Fredo.

 
Before you question the Trolls and Clan, save your settings and then choose Trolls. This is to achieve the 2 following achievements.
 
 

Success	Name	Description	How to Get It
	Never Gonna Give You Up	All fetchquests from Trollking must be completed.	After you have chosen the Trolls, head to the Unicorn to get the Ace of Spades. You will then be able summon the king. After summoning the Trollking (Herman Tik, he will be seated next to Nena Sytnaya. Talk to him and agree that you will complete his quests to obtain the key to the theater. They all involve Umbra in the red car and are very easy to complete.
	I Have the High Ground	Surprise Jester in the theatre	The Troll KingA gives you the key to the front door, but he advises you not to go in there when you speak with him. He is probably right. Go to the back alley to your right. There is a ladder. You can use it to enter the theater. When the Jester is below the ropes, you will need to get down on him. If you don't time it right, save the game and reload.   If you'd like to follow the Clan Deduction, you can also load the save from here. It was only because I found Troll King irritating that I preferred it.

 
 
 

Harvest Time

VR Summary: Farming Paradise.
 
 

Success	Name	Description	How to Get It
	Do You Enjoy Reading?	All the clues on the boards are your clues.	This achievement can only be achieved after climbing the ladder in Harvest Time. Start by looking at the board that is next to the platform. It will give you an indication of where to find the next board. Each board will give you a hint as to where to find it. Continue reading the boards until you see the achievement notification.
	A Good Listener	Listen to the Rusty Ed's 3 stories.	He is sitting on a barrel in the middle the town. Ask him to tell you a tale, and listen. When he is done, he falls asleep. Wake him up, ask for another story, and listen to the ending. He falls asleep again. Wake him up, ask for a story, and listen.
	Ka-ching!	Get 5000 Harvest Time's Coins.	If you help Bob in Twisted & Perverted you can ask him for cash. Guy can ask you to deliver three Loot Boxes for Fruity Betty. Lea-Anna will threaten you with the Sleeves Profession if you don't use it.
	Pumpkin Jack	Harvest Time: Reach Farm Level 5.	It is easy to reach this level if your farm has been upgraded. After completing the Wild Poppy's farming tasks, you can do this.
	It's Honest Work	Harvest Time is the best time to expand your farm.	Wild Poppy will give you tasks to complete for the farm.
	Guns, Lots and Guns	Harvest Time is the best time to get a gun	Guy can ask for a weapon in exchange for delivering the Loot Boxes to him.
	It's Alive!	There are two ways to get to the graveyard.	There are two ways to get to the graveyard: via either the saloon roof, or via the well. The well is located in the northern part of the town.

 

Story Branch

 
If you have all the clues, there are two deduction options at the end of the case: Get the Sheriff and Get the Outlaw. You can save the game before you choose one of these options, so you can have both in one playthrough.
 
 

Success	Name	Description	How to Get It
	Breaking the Chains	Help the Outlaw escape Harvest Time	Offer to buy the Outlaw a ticket to the train when you first meet him. After you have completed Guy's quest, you can get the ticket free of charge if you continue to watch Guy. If a ticket appears from a loot container, Guy will remember your assistance and offer to give you the ticket. Take it to the Outlaw. The journal will update and you can meet at sundown together. Go to the graveyard and talk to the mysterious gamedec. After pressing to exist the graveyard choose the Deduction Get the Outlaw. When you exit, you will see that the Sheriff has declared a duel against you. You can intervene to allow her to escape.
	Exactly at noon	In a duel, defeat the Sheriff	You must select the Deduction Get Sheriff to have the chance to duel him. These are your options to win:     Be careful with your movements Eye contact with Ken. [To have this option, you must have agreed to Ken to help.] The Sheriff's shadow is on your right. Wait for the Sheriff to move. Give Ken the signal.     There are many other options, but this combination worked for me.

 

After the Harvest Time Case

	Home Run.	Make Ken a simple proposal.	After Harvest Time is over, Ken and you will meet up at your apartment to discuss the matter. You can offer to let him stay the night in your bedroom. You can then sleep with him.

 
 
 

Fallen Hero

	Trash Compactor	Find all the trash cans in Fallen Hero.	There are three trash cans located on the streets. They are marked as active objects that you can interact with.
	Random Encounter	Meet the diginet on the street.	This achievement can only be achieved if the Diginet is removed from Haggis's computer at his office.
	Mind-Reader	From Ken's psychoscan, create Ken's V Ghost.	This is a great story achievement. It is impossible to miss it.
	Aren't you Otherthinking?	Explore all death hypotheses in Fallen Hero.	This is possible by collecting all clues that relate to Ken's death. This includes inspecting Ken's body.

 
 
 

Yeta Bar

Realium Summary: Mind-blowing Services.
 
 

Success	Name	Description	How to Get It
	Gentleman's Classic	You can order a whiskey at Yet’s bar.	You can order it at the bar, or via the robot server.   Make another saving after you have finished drinking. You have to choose between the Sleeves trust or the Trolls trust.
	Who wouldn't love a Troll?	Earn respect from the Trolls in the bar.	This is how you can do it:     All four wall posters at the bar can be written on. A purple-clad woman is located next to the bar. Talk to her and she will ask for Marten Aidan. He is at the bar. The drug can be purchased starting at Cam Grozny. A fight cutscene will appear at some point next to a bar. Select the option to stop it, and then side with Trolls.
	A Muscle to Rely on	Respect Sleeves in the Bar	This is how you can do it:     Replace all three wall posters by Ken's poster. You can find his poster by the bar. Click the option to copy it and then go to the other posters that you wish to replace. Get a whiskey at the bar Take a drink with Trepanator. He is at the same table with KillThemAll. Play a song for DJ (, he is on), to wake him up. Then, go talk to him and be kind to him. Just observe when the fight scene appears near the bar.
	Enjoy These Little Moments	Use the brainfix to help you.	It does not refer the Profession. It's about the Brainfix machine, which is located next to Cam Grozny. It is possible to use it in the story when Cam Grozny asks you to get rid Cam.

 
 
 

Knight Code

VR Summary: Fanatics headquarter.
 
To achieve all the accomplishments here, you must have the Cheater profession. It is also useful to have it for the VR.
 
 

Success	Name	Description	How to Get It
	Hoarder	Three Poteto Gomuins are required to complete Knight's Code.	There are many ways to get them. Start by completing the errands for the Alchemist, Disciple, and then after speaking with UpYours314 and Angry Aardvark, report them to Umbra. You can also complete tasks inside the stronghold to create Poteto Gomuins with the Forge or pile them.
	Catnip	Let the cat pass through the gate	You will find a cat wandering around in the VR's starting area. Click on it to activate the Cheater Profession. Once you have taken control of the cat, you can cross the gate without having to go through the guards or their trial.
	I like to sniff around	Visit Umbra's House.	Her house is located on the left side the main square. You can either pick the lock or complete Umbra's tasks to enter it.
	This Is the Way	Five quests to the Clan Masters in Knight's Code	The Clan Masters include Umbra, Vault Keeper and Eternal Cocoon. Watch out for when the bells go off. Umbra's tasks should be completed in order to get on her side. This will allow you to get 2 more achievements.
	IronDec	Collect 10 iron.	Click to grab the Iron from the ground during your VR Trial Period. Iron is a resource that can be used to make Forge.
	A True Blacksmith	Five items should be created in the Forge in Knight's Code	As I already had a lot of Iron, I forged 5 Insignas for this one. It took 10 strikes to the bell.

 

To-Do Before the Trial Period Ends

 
You can be sent to prison if you have not completed your Trial Period. If you are caught sneaking around after the last bell rings, or if you receive three Official Reprimands, you can go to prison. Umbra will trap you in a cushion to punish you. You can achieve the following 2 achievements by following this route. It will guarantee you the chance to do the ones above. There is no turning around.

	Memory 5	Collect 5 memories about Ken.	You can use items to help you get out of prison. Ken's memories are represented by items marked with a question mark.
	Mama I'm a Criminal	Get out of prison	To achieve this achievement, escape prison

 
 
 

The Labyrinth of Axis Mundi

Success	Name	Description	How to Get It
	SysOp on Duty	All Codebreaker modes can be unlocked	There are three Codebreaker modes. These are the paths that will unlock them.     Green-Green – Green : This will take you to the Tree of Knowing where you can unlock the Yellow Aspect. Green – Yellow – Green: This will take you to the Expanse where you can unlock the Red Aspect. Yellow – Red – Yellow: This will take you to the Archive where you can unlock the Blue Aspect.
	It's Blue. Always Blue	Find Bliss at Axis Mundi.	Follow the Blue-Green – Blue route.
	Is It a Rift?	Find the Harvest Time rift.	Follow the Green – Yellow route.
	I am in great pain, please help me	Find Morty the robot at Axis Mundi.	There are many paths that will lead you to killer robotics. One of these Green-Red-Blue paths.
	Un-bear-able	Find the Panda's diorama at Axis Mundi.	This is a random asset encounter. Explore the generated paths until the Panda showcase is found. You can experiment with different colours until you find it.
	Let's Try Another	Visit 15 locations in Axis Mundi.	This is easy to understand and allows you to visit more locations in order increase your chances of seeing the Panda's diorama.

	Well-Deserved Reunion	Rhonda needs your help to find her son	Umbra can stop Umbra's execution if she asks to join you. Umbra and you must be on good terms (. Umbra must have completed her tasks in Knight's Code). You'll be able to earn the achievement if you meet up with Rhonda.
	The Power of Three	Get at least three people to form a team.	By making her stop the execution, Umbra, Bob and KillThemAll will join you. This is basically the maximum number you can take.

 
 
 

Game Ending Achievements

	Take the Red Pill.	Disable the simulation.	Choose option 'Number 3: You completely disable the Simulation'. Only available if you kill the CEO at Paradise Beach.
	Take the Blue Pill.	I agree with the simulation owners.	Choose from one, two, five, six, or all six options.
	LET ME OUT!	Escape the simulation.	Choose option 'Number 4: You leave the Simulation and escape'. Only available if you kill someone during your playthrough.
