1.) Maybe you have to format if you do not keep your PC Clean and Up to date with Drivers and cleaning the Registry / Temp Files / Junk.

MAKE SURE WHEN YOU TRY LAUNCH the Game that EVERY App / Program is closed – The more stuff you have closed and NOT running the better your chances! ( Only Apps that should be running: Windows 10, Steam, Razer Cortex, Forza 4 / MAYBE ThrottleStop if your system can Handle it. NOTHING ELSE. ) NOTHING ELSE.

Lastly This game DOES NOT like External HDD’s Connected to your PC, and it Likes to be INSTALLED on your MAIN C:\ Drive – where Steam is ALSO Installed as your Default installation. Disconnect ALL External Hard Drives / Flash Drives / DVD Roms before trying this tips and methods below.

5.) ADD the Forza 4.exe located in your Steam/steamapps\common folder to the Windows Security Centre ” EXCLUSION ” List & also make the Forza 4.exe run as Administrator ALWAYS – ” Run this Program as Administrator ” by right clicking the .exe and selecting the ” compatibility tab ” tick the box.

6.) Install this game and STEAM on a SSD.

NOW for the Actual ” Doing ” Part:

EVERY TIME you want to play this game – RESTART your PC.

1.) Make sure ALL unnecessary apps are closed before you launch your game.

2.) Intelligent Standby list cleaner, PURGE STANBY List – Close App.

3.) Run Clear Mem – Right click: Engage Clear Mem – Close / Exit App.

4.) LAUNCH Forza 4 and a Second after you click the launch button for Forza – Run Razer Cortex boost.

If the Game hangs / crashes, the 1st time or 2nd time:

Restore Razer Cortex Launch the Game again, and boost with Razer Cortex ONE MORE Time.

DO NOT Run or Launch Intelligent Standby list cleaner or Clear Mem again.

Let me knows your Success rate – Keep in Mind you must Format – Keep your PC Clean and up to date with Windows Disk Cleanup & Glarysoft Utilities / Bleach bit.
