Welcome to Forspoken – Boss Fight and Reward in Locked Labyrinth East Guide.

This guide contains how to get to Rewards you can receive in this “Locked Labyrinth.”

Enemies

You’ll encounter Bi-pedal Enemies with many enemies in the first room. They have low health and can fire melee attacks and ranged attacks. You can just keep moving and you’ll be fine.

The next room contains a few “break beasts” in the form a bear-like creature and two jungle cats. I focused on the slower-moving felines first, then the larger, slower-moving “bear”. You can still use your magic parkour and stay mobile to trivialize the fight.

The boss of the labyrinth, similar to a squid, will be found in the last room of Enemy or enemies. I guess… lol. I had scattershot upgraded from lvl 1 and was able make short work of the enemy. It launches 4 water crescent slashes at your face with its ranged attacks. It also has a slower, easier to dodge attack that calls up some “geysers”, from beneath you. Although the boss seemed formidable, he was a pushover. Keep out of the water, as it will hinder your ability to use any magic. Once you are close enough to parkour out of water, you should stay out of the water. You move very slowly in the water. There’s a good chance that the boss will strike you with a melee attack, but I have never given it the chance and neither should you. Keep that in mind when fighting the boss. It should be an easy win.

Items

There will be a few healing droughts in every room. Don’t worry if you take some damage in each fight, as you won’t get punished for it so early in the game.

Between fights, you’ll find mana pools and firewood to make camp. (The game states that this material can be quite challenging to come by so make sure to grab it). You should go after the bear-jungle catfight.

Along with some lore, you will find a necklace at the boss fight (the whole reason I wrote this guide). It is called Orison and states: Auto-heal effect triggered after defeating an enemy.

Although I have yet to test the heal amount, it sounds super clutch, and I wanted to share my findings to the community.

This guide will explain why you want this item.

If you have not figured it out by now, any gear item (necklace, cloak) you have obtained is exempted from this feature. You can craft or upgrade an existing necklace or cloak and give it the perk of any item you have just obtained. In this instance, you will have the Orison Necklace with the perk. “Triggers an auto-heal effect when an opponent is defeated.”

So next time you visit an upgrade bench, you can now put the auto-heal on enemy defeat perk on either the necklace or cloak of your necklace (although I don’t know if it stacks with itself). I will test it later and update the guide once i find out. But you don’t have to put the perk on another necklace. You can upgrade equipment enough to gain additional perk slots. I’m not sure if 4 or 5 is the maximum perk count for a piece. Will update.

Let’s just hope that this helps.
