Fallout: New Vegas – Micro Stutter Fix even with NVSR or Tick Fix

Go to Windows Security
Click “Apps & Browser Control”
Scroll down to “Exploit Protection Settings”
Click “Program Settings”
Click “Add Program to Customize”
Click “Exact File Path”
Navigate to your game directory (steamapps>common>Fallout New Vegas)
Select the game .exe (FalloutNV.exe)
Once in the edit pane, scroll down to “Control Flow Guard”
Click “Override System Settings”
Turn it OFF.

I tried countless solutions, and this finally fixed it, hope it does for everyone else as well! Also assuming all bethesda games use the same engine this should work for the other older games as well.
