A workaround fix for the cursor not auto-hiding while playing Fall Guys. As some of you may have noticed, one of the newest bugs in Season 6 of Fall Guys results in the cursor being snapped to the middle of your screen when playing with a controller. I’ve figured out a workaround to remove it until MediaTonic patches in a proper fix!
How to Fix the Cursor Not Auto-Hiding When Using a Controller
Here are the simple steps to make the cursor auto-hide again:
- Boot up Fall Guys using the mouse and keyboard; do not touch your controller.
- Once the game has booted, click through the title screen with the mouse; again, do not touch your controller (while logging into Epic the mouse cursor should change from the game’s cursor to the system cursor).
- Once Fall Guys loads into the main menu, you should now be able to use your controller and the cursor will auto-hide properly, even if you Alt+Tab!
And that’s it! Hopefully this helps any of you running into this pesky little bug!
