With that disclaimer out of the way, what follows are the observations based on the two — original, and modified — monoliths’ messages in the game.
 
 

The Messages

We see both of the original, and the “new” messages in unison, when Andre suggests his modifications to the original message (and the corresponding monoliths), after Vincent completes his decipherment journey.

The Curious Case of Aurelio, and The Repeating Monoliths

The Repeating Monoliths

 
 
As you can notice, there are only two words that repeat in the above message. eternal, and is. The first monolith repetition, for the word eternal, is caught by Dysis after she solves the 6th monolith.
 
 
The second, and the only other monolith repetition (playing as Dysis) is left for the player to catch. Hence, I think, the secret achievement; and the secret message — “?kees dna edih emos tuoba tahW“. Read it in reverse.

But who’s Aurelio?

 
 
My guess is that Aurelio is an Up-Bring healthcare (notice the first-aid box) humanoid (although referred to as a ‘mysterious man‘ in the corresponding achievement description, Aurelio’s face reminds me of RoboCop).
 
 
Aurelio was most probably repurposed by Andre to help him with having his new message encoded; i.e., with the rearrangement, and the destruction of the monoliths.
 
 
 

One Word, Multiple Monoliths / Hieroglyphs (?)

Look at the word the. It occurs thrice in the original message, and once in the modified message.

Even though the word the occurs thrice in the original message, we only see Vincent arrive at it once (after deciphering the 3rd monolith). Apart from the first zone (first four monoliths), the rest of Vincent’s decipherment is inferred by a montage of him scribbling in his notes, across the rest of the zones.
 
 
Playing as Dysis, we also see Clover (modified message) decipher the 21st monolith to be the word the.
 
 
It’s interesting to note that Clover, and Vincent decipher two completely different monoliths (both in structure, and the corresponding level name) to arrive at the word the.
 
 
This could either mean an existence of multiple non-unique monoliths with selfsame meanings, or it could just have been a minor game design oversight.
 
 
 

The Destroyed Monoliths

If it were not for the destructive Andre, we could have had (at least) 13 more playable levels.
