Escape from the Backrooms

Hello! Escape the Backrooms was a game I bought for Dom and me. We had a lot of fun and were terrified. These are definitely some good thrills for $10. They are better than a haunted house or theme park. I will not reveal the details of this game so don’t read this guide. Escape Level 0

Escape Level 0: Go to Pitfall or Empty Room. If you go to one, it isn’t there in the other. You have three minutes to wait before the monster spawns. Highly recommended that you do Survivalist at a time. See Survivalist and

Escape Pipe Dreams: Go right, and when it turns dark, crouch to avoid pipe burst. You can sprint indefinitely for the remainder of the level after pipe burst. Turn right to the clown

Escape from the Poolrooms

Escape the Poolrooms: Okay, now you’ll immediately head to the right, to a room that splits into an intersection. From there, you can either go left or right. You’ll find a darker corridor to your right with a glimmer that looks like eyes. Beyond that is a room with arch supports. The obvious continuation is at the end to the left. However, in the darker part of the room you will find a second hallway leading to the exit. If you are facing the obvious next room, turn 90 degrees to the right.

** Super Helpful Tip** Okay, so I go to the door fifty times and it doesn’t open. I then die at the door trying to click it open. Run *through* the door. You’ll run like the door isn’t even there, and it will be flung open. Good lord!

Escape the End

Escape The End: Pick up all 24 VHS tapes. If the entity is bothering you, then you’re done. It doesn’t matter if you turn on the computer before or after collecting them. A computer bug means that if you have 24 and then turn on your monitor, it will show 24, which implies that there are 24 left. However, if you collect another VHS, it will switch to the correct amount. After collecting all of them, the entity zips into a ceiling and you can watch the little presentation before you move on to next level.

Escape Level 9223372036854775807

Escape Level 9223372036854775807– Go up the stairs and notice how it goes 1, 2, 3, and so on. You’ll eventually get a number that’s not sequential. For me, it was number 94. It happened on what was supposed be floor 33. Once you see the number 94, you can jump down the spiral staircase to the white floor. This will complete the game and award you the achievement.

Survivalist

Survivalist: You can also afk the Empty Room. That’s what I did. I imagine that if you find the exit before 3 minutes go by, you can just remain there. There is no monster that takes less than 3 minutes to create.

Participation Trophy

Participation Trophy: You must beat the game in an easy difficulty level with 3 other players.

NOTE: I am currently working with friends to find a way of cheese these. For instance, will this on Nightmare automatically unlock Group Effort or Participation Trophy? Three for one? Can 2 people in Multiplayer reach the final level, then add 2 more to make instant cheese? Can someone who has reached the final level of multiplayer nightmare invite new people to help them and give away their most difficult achievements?
