This bug is explained

Hello friends. This guide is to explain the game-breaking bug in Dungeon Siege 3. It happened to me and it allowed me to replay an older save to avoid the bug.
 
 
This bug is apparently caused by the Glitterdelve mine's exploding section. To stop enemies from entering the mines, you must blow up two spots in the story. Enemies and an Aluvian Lieutenant protect each area you are supposed t to blow up. These lieutenants also have a flame effect that causes everything close to them to catch fire.
 
 
It appears that this bug is caused by the death of lieutenants in the area. This is based on other posts about the bug from 2011. One person mentioned in an old post that the enemies group does not properly spawn. This happens only if you die in these fights. This bug will occur if you die in the area immediately after the save spot. This bug was also reported in an old post from 2011.
 
 
This bug can also occur when you have 2 lieutenants who need to blow up the mine. If you blow up the first mine first, the bug will then be transmitted to the second mine you are attempting to blow up. This bug can occur if you are killed in any of the aluvian area lieutenants.
 
 
You can also get this bug if you die in the mobs surrounding the lieutenant. Don't die in the EXPLODING MINES. If you do die, you are screwed. You can use the following method to fix it.
 
 
 

This is how to bypass the bug.

How can one get around this bug? There is a way to save before you talk to the queen at the tumbledown court. MAKE SURE YOU SAVE IN MANY SLOTS IN THE SAVES LOTS. This will allow you to use one more save slot before fighting the aluvian lieutenants at the spots before their rooms. Next, avoid dying in these battles and on the mobs that may appear there. Save your life before the second mine entrance, and before you fight the second aluvian lieutenant.
 
 
There are no mods available to fix this issue so you will need to have a backup in case this happens.
 
 
This method should help you overcome this terrible game-breaking bug.
