Spent hours trying to find a solution for
 
 
Slow Acceleration – Speed fix
 
Tap handbrake to speed up Fix
 
Brakes lightly stuck on / Auto Brake fix
 
 
The Solution for me was the Drivetrain setting (Car Setup>Drivetrain F/R) needed to be adjusted to 100% Rear (R) this has fixed every problem listed above
 
 
NOTE: This Car setup Section is vital to handling & physics are pretty crap so adjust according to your style,
 
 
Hope this saves others a few hours of endless searching on google to find the game really is only worth the minuscule amount you paid
