Trap Launcher Runes

Pumpkin Curse (Trap Launcher Buf)

* Significantly increases the impact damage and reduces enemy health by 20%. Straight upgrade to the standard trap launcher.

Explosion Trap (Trap Launcher Replacement)

* Trap launcher projectiles now emit multiple explosions at once; however they don’t stun.

* Damage is amplified by silver runes that “increase the effectiveness of the Trap Launcher.”

Son of Djookholu (Trap Launcher Replacement).

* Doesn’t directly cause damage or stun, but instead sets up a turret with a rooted base from which you fire, which deals roughly the same amount of damage as an un-upgraded shotgun blast for each projectile it shoots off.

* Turret cannot draw enemy fire or suffer damage, but it eventually fades away.

* You can put up multiple Turrets simultaneously.

* Consumes 2 ammo per shot.

* Silver runes that “increase the effectiveness of the Trap Launcher” do not increase damage to Turrets.

As mentioned earlier, it is an excellent synergy with the “Bloodthirsty” rune from Katana, as turret kills count as melee kills and give you Inferno Fist ammo.

Damage Reduction Shield (Trap Launcher Replacement)

* Does not directly cause damage or stun but sets up an indefinite protection barrier. Reduces damage taken by 40% when you stand within its radius.

Damage resistance doesn’t stack up with “Melee Body”.
