Some important before hand info

Some items can heal you past 100%, all the way up to 200%

Some Items also Armor you up past 100% all the way up to 200%

Some of these items count towards the item%

Some can also ALWAYS be collected while others can’t

HEALTH PICKUPS

Health bonus

The Health Bonus
Gives 1% Health
Heals past 100% health
Counts toward item%
Can ALWAYS be picked up

STIMP PACK

The Stimp Pack
Gives 10% Health
Can NOT heal you past 100%

MEDIKIT

The Medikit gives
25. Health
DOES NOT heal past 100%

ARMOR

There is a hidden value with armor called protectiveness it causes armor to absorb a certain % of damage.

GREEN ARMOR

The GREEN ARMOR gives
33. protectiveness
100. Armor

MEGA ARMOR

The MEGA ARMOR gives
200. Armor
50. protectiveness

ARMOR BONUS

The ARMOR BONUS gives
1. Armor
50. protectiveness IF DoomGuy still has at least 1% Mega Armor, if DoomGuy has Green armor or no Armor than the Armor Bonus gives 33% protectiveness

BERSERK

A BERSERK Gives
100. health
DOES NOT heal past 100%
Gives the BERSERK power up
Auto switches Doomguy to his fist
Duration type: Level
Duration time: 4 years of real time, or when the level ends
Counts towards item%
Red Screen filter
Can be given to the player with the “IDBEHOLDS” cheat
Can ALWAYS be picked up

BERSERK power up – multiply punch damage by a factor of 10, a force usually capable of turning the lower demons into the thin red paste

The SOULSPHERE (SUPERCHARGE according to the pickup message, but commands and map editor calls it SOULSPHERE)

The SOULSPHERE gives
100. Health
CAN Heal past 100%
Counts towards item%
Duration type: Percentage
Duration: When your health drops below 101%
Counts towards item%
Can ALWAYS be picked up

THE MEGASPHERE

The MEGA SPHERE gives
200. Health
200. Armor
50. Armor Protectiveness
Duration type: Percentage
Duration time: Doesn’t really have one
Counts towards item%
Can ALWAYS be picked up

Invulnerability sphere

The Invulnerability sphere gives
Invulnerability power up
Monochrome screen filter
DoomGuy’s God face
Duration type: time
Duration: 30 seconds
Monochrome screen filter flashes when power up is close to expiring
Counts towards item%
Can be given to the player using the “IDBEHOLDV” cheat
Can ALWAYS be picked up

Partial Invisibility

The Partial Invisibility gives
Partial Invisibility power up
Duration type: time
Duration: 120 seconds (2 Mintunes).
Counts towards item%
Can be given to the player using the “IDBEHOLDI” cheat
Can ALWAYS be picked up

Partial Invisibility power up effects- reduces monster accuracy when shooting, it also offsets the sprite angle when attacking making the monster face away to make it seem like it isn’t purposely missing.

Contrary to popular belief this power up does not affect a melee attacks accuracy

RADIATION SUIT

The RADIATION SUIT gives
Immunity to damaging floors
Duration type: time
Duration: 60 seconds (1 mintune)
Green Screen filter
Counts towards item%
can be given to the player with the “IDBEHOLDR” cheat
Can ALWAYS be picked up

Light Amplification goggles

The Light Amplification goggles gives
The Lite-amp power up
Duration type: Time
Duration: 120 seconds (2 mintunes)
Can ALWAYS be picked up
Can be given to the player with the “IDBEHOLDL” cheat

The Lite-amp power up – makes all darkness go bye bye (aka makes all sectors brightness 255)

The Computer Area map

The Computer Area map gives
The All map power up
Counts toward item%
This can be given to the player with the “IDBEHOLDA” cheat

The All map power up- reveals all undiscovered walls that are not flagged as hidden by the map maker

WARNING – If you want to create a map DO NOT put more than one of these on one map because this item and only be collected once, AND it Counts toward item%, so having more than one mades 100% items IMPOSSIBLE unless the player is playing with a friend
