They can appear at night from day 3 to 4. During sleep, you need to choose one of the thoughts and pursue it. These quests can only be completed once per playthrough, so I recommend saving before going to bed. 
 
Important! We need to choose political replicas in conversations with the NPCs and put them in the “Thought Cabinet” for quests to appear. 
 
 

Avowed Inframaterialist

 
 
 
Don’t call it a book club. 
 
Select lines related to: communism. 
Evoke the thought of communism and accept it. 
Explore a thought titled “Mazovian Socio-Economics” 
In a dream, choose the line “I’m building communism for all. This time we won’t fail … [Pursue thought.]” 
Important characters of the quest: Mañana, SCAB leader, Cindy the SKULL, a communist student from room 11. 
To get the achievement, you need to come to the meeting after 22:00 in the room on the left balcony behind the bars, talk to the student and go successfully through all checks in conversations.

Choose lines related to: wealth. 
Evoke the thought of wealth and accept it. 
Explore a thought titled “Indirect modes of taxation”. 
In a dream, choose the line “I’m just looking out for my economic self-interest … [Pursue thought.]” 
Key characters of the quest: Cindy the SKULL, a man in a container, Idiot Doom Spiral (a drunkard from fishing village), statue. 
To get the achievement, you need to go through the quest chain and wait for the statue to change.

Select replicas associated with: centrism. 
Evoke the thought of centrism and accept it. 
Explore a thought titled “Kingdom of Conscience.” 
In a dream, choose the line “We’re making progress. Measured, steady progress… [Pursue thought.]” 
Key characters of the quest: Trant Heidelstam (a man with a child near the mural in fishing village), Soona – a radio programmer in a church, ravers, a pawnshop seller (and 150 Reáls) or Ruby’s truck (for free). 
We need to help Soona with the project, and then convince her to help us contact the Coalition. To get the achievement, you need to convince the Coalition to get in touch.

Evoke the thought of traditionalism and accept it. 
Explore a thought titled “Revacholian nationhood” 
In a dream, choose the line “I can’t give up. I have to keep going, for Revachol… [Pursue thought.]” 
Key characters of the quest: René, the racist driver, Measurehead.

Solve the case without even inspecting the body. 
 
I didn’t even look at the body during my playthrough, only at the footprints near it. At the end of the game, after returning from the island, in final conversation choose the line “Wait, what smell?! I didn’t even get close to the damn corpse and I *still* solved the case. That’s how good I am”.
