For Bad End #14, if you have the DLC, you need to turn off the DLC before launching the game (through steam library). Start from the intro, and be inattentive to Ian, hug Victor, and pick everything else that’s not going towards Vincent’s route. You should get Bad End #14 this way, instead of the Kind Loner route. To get Bad End #21, you need to bypass the bad ending where Rodion takes you out on a stroll.

After, you need to completely ignore Vincent and choose to redirect your affection to Cass, and choose to flirt with Erika. If done correctly, you should get Bad End #21.
