We’re done with Steam! now let’s move onto our emulator.

X360CE

This step may be confusing to some if you haven’t messed with an emulator for controllers before. So I’ll provide a YouTube guide by Eddy04tv , if anyone requires it.

Before we begin this process it is crucial to turn off the steam completely and disconnect your controller from your PC. The emulator won’t recognize inputs and won’t work in the event that it does.

While you’re doing this, you can open the guide using a browser.

If you’ve completed these steps, It’s time to reveal the game’s big moment. Reduce xbox360ce in order to launch Dead Rising 2.

If your controller does not start working do not be concerned. Go to PC settings in the main menu and activate gamepad that was grayed out.

Congrats!

Notes

I have lost track of how many times I restarted the emulator as well as Dead Rising 2 before I could get this to work. If you’re having issues at any stage, make sure you’ve completed your steam configuration correctly. Then , restart everything.

Disconnect controller, switch off steam, shut off emulator then turn emulator back on, reconnect controller, configure it and launch steam.

This should be fixed.

I hope I can be helpful!
