1. Start the game, and then go to the “Settings” menu.

2. Select “Graphics”.

3. Change the display mode to “Window”.

4. Select the highest resolution, typically 3840×2160.

5. Click on the “Update” button and then click on “Keep Settings” to apply the changes.

6. Click the “Update” button again, and then switch back to the “Fullscreen Window”.

7. Make sure everything is set to the monitor’s default resolution with no stretching.

8. You’ll have to repeat the steps if need to reset the settings back to default after leaving and reentering the game.

In the near future we can only hope that game developers will be able to support the aspect ratio 21:9.
