This small helpful guide helps you to set the game in your preferred language, even if the current language is beyond understanding, like the Russian Cyrillic alphabet for me…
 
 
The game does not always detect the preferred language correctly, at first start.
 
As said, it was set to Russian for me, so I use that as example here.
 
 
When the game starts in the wrong language you can find the options button to the center bottom. It is the right one, of the 3 clickable buttons:
 
 

 
 
If you click it, the (small) main menu opens and the language selection is bottom left:
 
 

 
 
If you scroll through the languages, you can find your preferred language:
 
(English is 1 tick to the left, in this example.)
 
 

 
 
If you set it to this language, the main menu back in the game looks readable again!
 
 

 
 
Once the language is set, it will not change without your input anymore!
 
 
The following languages are supported by the game:

Russian
 
French
 
Italian
 
German
 
Spanish – Spain
 
Japanese
 
Korean
 
Simplified Chinese
 
Traditional Chinese
 
Polish
