lets protect our accounts from hackers XD

**When contacting Steam Support try to provide as much of the following as possible: 
 
1. Proof of account ownership..(always keep your gift card code or or something that can proof you r the owner) 
2. Any possible Steam Account login names ( even your first acc name can be help full) 
3. Any possible email addresses used on the account (always try even with luck just give a password do not skip if u dont have to) 
 
**What can we do to avoid falling into the trap of hackers? 
 
1. do not give your password or username to any one. 
2. making your steam guard active can be really helpful (but its not enough) 
3. If your gmail is not only for u and one of your friends have it do not use it for creating steam account 
4. do not open any suspicious trading message (messages like ( I wanna live csgo and i dont need my skins any more) cuse they can hack your account immediately even if your steam guard is active. 
5. try to change your steam account password each month
