To get this ending, you have to find and read the victim’s memoir in order.

While in the Infirmary, let the black mist grab ahold of Naomi until your health reaches zero.
 
 
 

The Three Children

For this ending, you have to play the chapter like normal except you CANNOT enter Classroom 3-A or read the newspaper inside.
