Mall Cop

Park your car by the side entrance
 
 

 
 
Walk straight to the other end of the hall
 
 
Pet cat bunny thing. Wow
 
 

 
 
Open the white door to the office
 
 
Answer the phone, and wait for the message to end
 
 
 

Night Guard

Press the keypads there are a total of 5
 
 
Note the one by the front entrance has a vent above it
 
 

 
 
On completion the phone will ring in the office
 
 
Go in and immediately exit
 
 
Walk down the hall with the fountain and hug the left wall
 
 

 
 
When the wall ends, walk about to the fountain then shift sprint to the next wall.
 
 
The hearse is now after you
 
 
 

Escape Artist

After catching your breath you should have enough time to safely sprint to the area where you entered the mall.
 
 

 
 
The hearse can not enter here, grab the ladder
 
 
You can not sprint while holding the ladder. Feel free to drop it and dodge as necessary
 
 
Make your way to the vent by the keypad and place the ladder
 
 
Don’t even bother to get in your car. This will help with the Compact Enthusiast achievement

Run around a barrier and let the hearse crash into stuff. It will eventually explode
 
 

 
 
Touch the hearse
