Call of Duty: Black Ops III – How to Fix Safe Mode Issue

After spending a whole DAY trying this fix, and trying every single method without success:
> Reinstall game;
 
> Verify game files;
 
> Stop/Uninstall all razer programs
 
> Reinstal w.i.n.d.o.w.s from scratch
 
> Make exceptions for BO3 in your anti-virus
 
> Update all drivers for GPU
 
> Completely update Windows
 
> Stop secondary apps from running on task manager
 
> Plus a bunch of other sites i found online…
 
 
I FOUND A FIX! My problem was with the SECOND MONOTOR. If you have dual monitors, unplug the displayport/HDMI/DVI cable from the secondary displays and retry the game! The error message is displayed, but the game continues to work.
 
I spent so much time on this that i didn’t want it wasted so i made this guide. I'm thankful if it helps even one person.
