Welcome to this post This Brick Rigs – Editor tutorial Guide was created to help you.
I have collected the fundamentals of the editor over the years.
Actuators are a great friend (especially if you choose the static option).
This guide is currently W.I.P.
Meaning this guide isn't finished yet, and has a lot more to come
Check back in a few minutes to see if anything new is happening.
Bricks & Scalables
Look for it in everything you encounter in the workshop.
You can find Scalables in many shapes and sizes, from massive cubes down to tiny curves.
They are useful in
E V E R E Y TH I N G
Do not ask why, but they are useful parts.

First of all, actuators, the essential element of functionality, can be utilized for a variety of things like
Curves that normal bricks can't achieve(used on my 2023 Bolt Earth's hood), but overtime you might learn to create curves from normal bricks. Avoid this if your new at building.
There are many more.
You'll need to exit editor with 1×2 bricks and move the actuator to ensure that the limitations you have set are the ones you prefer, otherwise wonky actuators
Try them out or take a look at GGCake to discover how they work.
Sensors are the second key to the functionality. They are effective when they are paired with actuators.
They can be used to
Doors that are automatic doors(Basic)
E Y E S(Advanced)
Explosions on detection (Basic)
AI Turrets with the ability to look up and down(Advanced).
Left & Right AI Turret(Basic)
I don't even know what else there is.
Sensors can be your best friend.
Needed for Doors n Stuff
Cameras and sensors create a fantastic duo
Switches can be utilized for many things such as
Doors(Even an inexperienced person can do it)
Sliding Doors(Super Simple)
Switches are useful tools that can be used in any situation, so get creative
Axles & Wheels
For trains, cars, even landing gears for planes
Axles are your most reliable companion when it comes to cars, they let your car move when you use a wheel
The term is used to describe
I might not be aware of so many other things
I suggest you try experimenting with the wheels and create some unique rims not only will look great but they will also give the car some distinctiveness.
