I will briefly go over whats necessary for progression, cover optional material & ALL achievements.
 
 

The Office

First of all, if you have issues with pitch black screen & not being able to locate anything try adjusting the gamma.
 
Locate the desk in front of you & grab the note on the laptop & keys on the desk.
 
 

 
 
Now go all the way to the back of the room & grab the keys on the other desk
 
 

 
 
as well as the lighter
 
 

 
 
and the camera on the bookcase to the right
 
 

 
 
now turn on the PC, it will prompt a wuick screen then print out a page.
 
 

 
 
turn right & grab the page
 
 

 
 
now on your way back to where you started, grab both cameras, the one on the bookcase
 
 

 
 
& the one on the back of the first desk
 
 

 
 
open the door & move on!
 
 
 

Hallway

First grab all your gear, the Polaroid camera, 2 video cameras & the lighter its all on the floor in front of you
 
 

 
 

 
 
go to the end of the hall & turn back around until the brick falls & then grab the handle
 
 

 
 
go put the handle back on & try turning it on, then head over to the breaker box on the other side until prompted to find the fuses now proceed BACK the other way until you find a box, open it to find a fuse, & a wire you’ll be back for in a second
 
 

 
 
now continue forward to find the other fuse in another box
 
 

 
 
go back to insert the fuses only to find the last needed fuse in another brick that pops out
 
 

 
 
once all 3 fuses are put back in go grab the wire where you found the first fuse
 
 

 
 
and then put it under the breaker to complete the circuit
 
 

 
 
(this should be the electrician achievement)
 
now the door will be open & you can jump into the pit within
 
 
 

Morgue/Dr Office

there is a note on a drawer that’s pulled out in the rear
 
 

 
 
and lighter fluid right above that
 
 

 
 
to the left on the other large wall of drawers there is a fuse in the furthers drawer, nothing in the rest
 
 

 
 
continue left to find the clues on the counter
 
 

 
 
make about 2 circles around the room until the shower turns on then proceed to turn off the water
 
 

 
 
after the glitch out turn around & go grab the Polaroids in the bottom drawer
 
 

 
 
turn to the left & grab the key from the drawer that is slightly open
 
 

 
 
turn around & open the elevator then go to the fuse box & insert the fuse
 
 

 
 
start taking pictures by pressing ‘C’ of all the weird stuff you see (optional) & all the crosses (necessary)
 
 

 
 
after the jump/cut go back in the elevator to be locked in briefly
 
then walk around the room until another cross along with “help” appears on the back wall
 
snap another pic
 
 

 
 
walk around till another jump/cut
 
keep walking for another glitch
 
then go open the door to the other room
 
 

 
 
the cabinet on the left has a switch on the bottom
 
 

 
 
directly across from that cabinet there is another that has lighter fluid up top
 
 

 
 
& Polaroids on the bottom
 
 

 
 
there is a note on the desk
 
 

 
 
make your way back to the door then turn around for the room to be rearranged
 
make a loop till dead bodies appear & walk towards to rear to have another cut scene
 
 

 
 
now take pictures of each cross and pay attention to which picture is in the Polaroid because now you have to grab that picture and hang it back up in that spot… for each cross
 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 
now go through the next door
 
 
& walk to the end of the hallway to trigger some… weird stuff.

walk to the end of the hall & then back to snap another picture of a cross
 
 
now walk towards that door to trigger a flying puppet monster
 
then enter & head back to the morgue to find this poster. the order you need to arrange the drawers
 
black mean drawer closer, unfilled means open drawer
 
 

 
 

 
 
there is lighter fluis in this one
 
 

 
 
enter the elevator & climb the ladder
 
 
 

Main floor

first turn to the right & put on the switch
 
 

 
 
then turn around & turn left to go down a short hall to find a fuse on a bench on your left
 
 

 
 
approach the bookcase/shelve behind you & prompt it to fall
 
go back to the main hall & to the left for another glitch
 
then place the cameras
 
 

 
 

 
 
in the next room there are more Polaroids in the rear bottom cabinet
 
 

 
 
proceed until the TV turns on then go turn it off & grab the switch from the middle drawer
 
 

 
 
now take a picture of the cross on the floor in the room
 
 

 
 
go forward to the first hall you went down until a jump scare
 
then turn to be trapped & take a picture of the cross
 
 

 
 
now enter the door to your left
 
then go all the way back till you reach the shower & grab the wheel
 
 

 
 
then go back to where the door was & place the switch
 
 

 
 
now go move the slab in the rear of the room & grab the key underneath
 
 

 
 
enter the first stall & immediately try to exit
 
 
leave the room & go back to the main area to find another cross on the wall to take a picture of
 
 

 
 
and another
 
 

 
 
now go pick up your cameras
 
 
walk around the room a little to trigger some cuts then walk through the door by the death wall
 
 

 
 
 

Top floor

after making your way upstairs there’s a picture on the bed in the back
 
 

 
 
as well as the wall in the very back just past that
 
 

 
 
there are also lighter fluid & Polaroids on this bookcase
 
 

 
 
and a photo on the bed just past that
 
 

 
 
after making your way to the door trigger the scare in the elevator stuck between floors
 
and grab the picture
 
 

 
 
go grab the Dr.s note on the radiator
 
 

 
 
then walk around til prompted to place the cameras again
 
after which you will need to take a picture of another cross (you might need to walk a little first)
 
 

 
 
Now gather up all the candle sticks & supplies (doesn’t matter the order)
 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 
once you have those light the candles then grab there cameras & head to the elevator
 
then back around the the blocked door you cam in by
 
turn to enter climb down (or fall) an elevator shaft
 
 

 
 
put the wheel you grabbed earlier here then take it with you once the steam is off
 
 

 
 
turn off the steam again & grab the wheel once more
 
 

 
 
put the fuse in & climb the l;adder until you have to turn off the steam one last time
 
 

 
 

 
 
up here you can find more Polaroids
 
 

 
 
grab the sleeping bag, place it on the floor & take the note that was under it
 
 

 
 

 
 
take a picture of the cross
 
 

 
 
walk around the room trying the door till a jump, then exit the room
 
& walk to the end of the hall & look at the man through the window
 
head back to the second door on the left & turn off the radio
 
in the drawer the is a fuse, under that there is lighter fluid
 
 

 
 
take the items in these drawers as well then turn off the radio again
 
 

 
 
leave & enter the last room, there is some lighter fluid in the nightstand here
 
 

 
 
roll up the mattress on the floor to get the note under it
 
 

 
 
walk around & approach the clock then exit
 
 
enter the stairwell and unlock the giant lock you come upon
 
 

 
 
 

Operating Room

insert the fuse in the box
 
 

 
 
go flip the switch
 
 

 
 
you can find the last note under the bookcase to the left
 
 

 
 
if you walk to the back of the room the door will slam shut, & when you return a bed will move
 
leave & go back down through the stairwell
 
 
now take a look at the Dr.s notes to find the key code (1,8,9,7)
 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 
turn on the switch & grab the key & get on out
 
 

 
 
once back in the office blind;y make your way to the back to be stopped by another figure & credit roll

I didn’t really keep track going through exactly HOW each achievement is obtained but i believe this is close if not accurate. Hope it helps.
 
 

 
 
I’m not 100% but I’m pretty sure you get this one after putting the fuse box together in the first hallway. (progression based)

There is an corridor in the first area you place your cameras that is blocked in that has a door, youll notice what looks like skeleton fingers sticking out, if you make your way over & glance e with ‘e’ then wait a moment it should trigger a jump scare & I am fairly certain that is the “Attentive” achievement.
 
 
I feel like this is the only achievement you wont get through natural progression & is completely optional & cannot be obtained without straying from the natural path
