Installing mods is easy with this tutorial.

REQUIRED: Mod Manager (BG3ModManager)

Download and Extraction
BG3ModManager – [github.com]

Click on the newest release 1..

Click on BG3ModManager.

Goodluck, now you have the mod manager.

Click to
Nexusmods.com

Find the mod you want to install.

Once you’re on the mods page, click Files.

Click on Manual.

Click on Slow Download.

IMPORTANT:

Head over to the mods folder

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur’s Gate 3\Mods

If there is no Mods folder inside your Baldur’s Gate 3 File, you can simply create a folder called “Mods”.

Click and drag the .pak file into your C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur’s Gate 3\Mods Mods Folder

Inactive mods are on RIGHT. Active mods are on LEFT.

Click and drag mods to the LEFT you want to use.

Once you have moved your mods over to the ACTIVEarea click the Save icon.

Click on the RUN Button to start the game.

You now have a good understanding of how to install mods.

 Important Notes:

Some Mods will work with some Mods. It’s possible that removing mods can cause the game to crash or bug out.

This method is the easiest to use, as you drop the.pak in the mod manager.

You can ONLY make use of. pak-files. This file contains 99.9% of all mods for bg3.

Some Dice Skin Mods maybe NOT files, but they are stored in a totally different folder.
