Summary
Here is a quick rundown of Bloodhound for you new players from someone who is also somewhat new. Even if you already play Bloodhound maybe you will learn a thing or two.
Summary: Bloodhound is a recon-centered legend that allows you to offer information for your team when pushing, while also having solo capabilities with his ultimate.
Abilities
Ability Rundown:
Passive: Bloodhound’s passive is that enemy players leave behind clues, such as opening doors, sliding on the ground, or kills. They also tell you how long ago they were formed.
Tactical: Reveals enemies and traps in a certain radius around you through walls.
Ultimate: Allows faster movement and highlights enemies.
Basic Knowledge
Basic Knowledge:
Your Passive ability is very useful to your team. You can comm when people died, and how long ago people were there. You can also ping if you don’t have a mic, letting your team know that people have traveled through the area.
Your Tactical can be used anytime, it has a fairly short cooldown and using it before looting or in fights is a great advantage. Be aware, enemies know if they have been scanned by you so they know if you are close.
Your Ultimate is great when 3rd-partying (yes, this is a part of the game, don’t be salty about it), rushing into fights, or even running back to heal. A rule of thumb is always activate this ability in/before any fights you take, and it lasts longer as you knock more foes.
Random Info
Random Info:
– Your ultimate grays the whole screen except enemies, and can make it hard to know what shield color your enemy has
– Your scan goes 75 meters
– Your scan shows enemies for around 5 seconds
– Your ultimate reduces scan cooldown
– Your ultimate gives a 40% speed boost to all movements
