Adios – 100% Achievement Guide [Work in Progress]

 

The Confession

Butcher – Take all of the Meat from the van and get the pigs to eat it. This is currently fairly bugged, with meat frequently being ignored by the pigs.

If you can get inside the pen, you can pick up any meat that’s being ignored and re-throw it, which should get it to be eaten. I found getting into the pen to be fairly easy… I used KB+M, and when i got to the right side of the pen, I held LEFT, and this moved me quickly forward along the outside of the right side of the pen. Tweaking your direction with the mouse got me past any sticking points and past the fence. Once past, you should be able to open the gate into the pen. Once in the pen, you can move fairly freely.

Free Roam

Piano Man – Enter the house and interact with the Piano on the 1st floor.

Audiophile – Listen to the entirety of all 4 vinyl records on the record player. Can be found in the room to the immediately right upon going up the stairs.

Tape Head – Listen to the entirety of all 4 tapes on the tape player. Located in the same room as the vinyl records.

Vinyl Vibes and Magnetic Miracles – HAVE NOT EARNED, SOMEONE PLEASE CONFIRM – I tried listening to all 4 of each again, in Free Roam 2, but that did not work. As of now, I’m unclear how these unlock. Based on the descriptions, these seem like they should unlock before Audiophile and Tape Head, but they do not. If anyone known how these unlock, please let me know and I’ll update.

The Shovel

Hard Worker, Fair’s Fair, and Lazy Bones – These 3 all depend on how much poop you shovel. If you shovel 6 or more, you’ll get Hard Worker. If you shovel exactly 5, you’ll get Fair’s Fair. If you shovel 4 or less, you’ll get Lazy Bones.

The Goat

Right On Target – Hit your buddy twice in a row (without missing) with goat milk from the source. This didn’t award for me when I skipped through texts, so if it doesn’t work for you, try sitting through the whole scene. Credit to Phillyredsox.

The Horseshoes

Sniper – Win at horseshoes. This is pretty easy. I won by 1000 on my first try. I’d recommend aiming directly above the metal, somewhere in the clouds. Maybe 2-3 inches above the top of the spike.

The Soda

Bottoms Up – Throw or hand a soda to your mob buddy. Make sure it displays as being in his hand. Any soda except Slam Cola.

A Man of Taste – Throw or hand a SLAM COLA soda to your mob buddy. Make sure it displays as being in his hand. Thanks to golden and Tatra for confirming after a bugfix update.

The Way

Mechanic – When your buddy asks if you want to start the car, say yes. Then start the car.

The Shotgun

Nice Try – Aim at your buddy and pull the trigger. The game won’t let you shoot him, but you get this achievement instead.

Ace In The Hole – Say that you’ll shoot first. Don’t miss when shooting skeet. Also do not fire your shotgun at any point before starting to shoot skeet. Make sure to reload after firing twice; if you Pull before reloading, you won’t have time to reload and hit the shot. You can get this achievement from hitting as few as 2 targets (maybe less, but we’ve confirmed that it triggers with 2).

The Goodbye

Be Seeing You – Earned automatically at the end of this scene.

The Fish

Master, Commander – Earned automatically as you complete this scene. Cast your reel and then wait for a bite. Reel in 3 fish.

The Boy / The Neighbor

Nothing Left To Say – Dial your son again after speaking with him. There are a lot of ways to get a busy signal, but this seems like the most plot-appropriate way of doing it.

Cut Call – When speaking with your son or your neighbor, interact with the Telephone to hang up on them.

The End

Meal instructions can be found via TAB on keyboard or SELECT on controller:
Taco Toto – Grab the burrito out of the bag in the fridge, heat it in the microwave, then take it to the table. Will award when you sit down.

Hearty – Follow the instructions to make the stew, put it all in the pot, set the timer, then take it to the table. Will award when you sit down.

Spicy – Follow the instructions to make the curry, put it all in the pot, set the timer, then take it to the table. Will award when you sit down.

Meaty – Follow the instructions to make the steak, put the 3 ingredients in the pot, set the timer, then take it to the table. Will award when you sit down.

FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE 4, IF THE TIMER DOESN’T WORK, CLOSE AND REOPEN THE GAME.

Adios, Friendo – Complete the story by finishing one of the above meals and sitting down at the table with your shotgun.
