Here I will show you how you can stop bothering you with that damn Action notification on steam. It’s the way it worked for me, that doesn’t mean it works for you, but give it a try.

1# Go to you Action Recorder Folder and delete Steam_api.dll

When we do this Steam stops notifying, the problem is that we will lose the license since it will not connect with the steam Api. But that is easy to fix.
 

 
 
 

2# We need to download a new launcher

This launcher will allow us to open Action with the active license that we have. (But always remember to open it from this launcher).
 
Just download, extract and Paste inside the Action folder. Link – [google.com] 
 
 

 
 
 

3# Enjoy

Once all the steps are finished, if we open the program from Action Loader, we will see how it will open with its license included and in the latest version, but without appearing as if we were playing on Steam.
