Fix for the 1 Damage Bug
Change Region/Date Format
Add Chinese as a Language
In the windows settings go to “time and language” add Chinese as language.
Change Region
Then go to the “region” settings and change your “country or region” to “China.
Change “regional format” to Chinese too.
Restart Steam
Restart Steam and the Game, you should now do normal damage (~8 per hit)

But it’s a shame this has to be done.

Tried this still dident work. its sad when you try to play a game that look so aweosme and you cant play it cause its region bugged.
